Group Play Therapy
In a group play therapy session, children come together to engage in therapeutic play activities in a more directive approach. Within a supportive and interactive environment, the children have the opportunity to develop social skills, build relationships, and express their emotions.
Groups can be created and structured around particular referral issues such as children who have suffered experiences of: loss, divorce, find it difficult to form and sustain friendships, have low self-esteem or have been the victim of bullying or have bullied others.
